We reach Namche Bazaar after crossing a suspension bridge. and an overnight stay at The Namche Bazaar.

Hence, to get the body adjusted to the surrounding environment, take an acclimatization rest as scheduled in the itinerary. Spend the day with a short hike to the popular Everest View Hotel. In the morning, start a hike that takes about 2-3 hours depending on the trekker’s speed. Everest View Hotel is at an elevation of 3,880 m, which is termed as one of the highest situated hotels in the world. Get a first glimpse of Mt. Everest if the weather is clear, including other surrounding peaks. After spending some time, then return to Namche. The day is free to explore on your own.

  • 5Trek from Namche (3,440 M) To Tengboche Or Deboche (3,867 M) Duration: 6 - 7 Hours.This day we will leave Namche and head to Tengboche. The trail is full of ups and downs and passes through forests, making the trek challenging, but the views you get to enjoy are truly rewarding. If you are lucky, you might also spot musk deer, pheasants, and Himalayan Thars. Near the end of the trek, you will find yourself descending to Phunki Thenga Village, but after leaving Phunki Thenga, you will be ascending continuously until you reach Tengboche. Tengboche looks like handcrafted natural beauty, which opens up the stunning views of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. This day also provides you the chance to see the biggest Buddhist monastery in the Khumbu Region—the Tengboche Monastery. We will be spending the night at Deboche.

  • 6Trek from Tengboche (3,867 M) To Dingboche (4,410 M) Duration: 6 - 7 Hours.Today’s trekking takes us to two big Sherpa villages. The first one is Pangboche, and the second one is Dingboche. However, the Dingboche village is the most massive and last Sherpa village throughout the trek. Walking uphill after crossing the Imja River takes us to Pangboche village. We will have lunch in Pangboche or Somare. After Somare, the trail divides into Pheriche Village and Dingboceh Village. We will continue our trekking on a gentle uphill trail to Dingboche. The village of Dingboche is the least densely populated village on the Everest Base Camp Trek with Chola and Renjo La Pass Trail.

From the top, witness the fabulous views of Cho Oyu, Pumori, and surrounding peaks. Trek down slowly and back to the teahouse for an overnight stay.

  • 8Trek from Dingboche (4,410 M) To Lobuche (4,910 M) Duration: 5 - 6 Hours.We will enter fewer vegetation areas from this day onward. The trail is on the ridgeline, overlooking the mountains above the Pheriche Valley. We will take our lunch in Thukla and continue our uphill trek to Lobuche. In Thukla Pass (4900 m), there are many memorials of brave mountaineers who perished on Mt. Everest. You can offer your condolences too. After a brief stop, we will continue walking along the banks of a river and reach Lobuche.

  • 9Trek from Lobuche (4,910 M) To EBC (5,364 M) And Back to Gorakshep (5,180 M) Duration: 7 - 8 Hours.This is an extraordinary day, as we will be summiting Base Camp. At first, we will be trekking through the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier and arrive at the beautiful Gorak Shep Village, a village surrounded by snow-capped mountains. We leave our belongings at Gorak Shep and hike up to the base camp. This is the closest you can ever get to the highest mountain in the world. You will savor the incredible views from EBC, take pictures of the surroundings, reflect on the memories and your achievements, and then head back to Gorak Shep. Along the way, you will also see the highest glacier in the world—the Khumbu Glacier.

  • 10Hike to Kala Patthar (5,644 M) Viewpoint; And Back to Gorakshep (5,180 M) Then Trek to Dzongla (4,830 M) Duration: 7 - 8 Hours.We start our trek to Kala Patthar early in the morning in order to catch remarkable views of the first light of the sun shining on Mt. Everest. However, we need to be prepared for trekking in the dark and cold temperature (the temperature varies according to the season). Furthermore, there is always a chance for chilly winds, which are quite common. As we continue our trek, familiar peaks such as Lingtren, Khumbutse, Changtse, Everest, and Nuptse tower above us. After several hours of ascent, we will be on the top of Kala Patthar. The close-up view of Mt. Everest and other Himalayan peaks from Kalapathar is amazing. After breakfast, continue walking downhill to Lobuche, walking above Thugla to reach Dzongla, a small settlement located beneath Cho-la Pass, for an overnight stop.

  • 11Trek from Dzongla (4,830 M) To Thanknak (4745 M) VIA CHO LA PASS (5,420 M) Duration: 7 - 8 Hours.Early morning, our journey ahead to the Chola Pass and its second-high pass throughout our journey. The trail takes you on the adventure to cross over Cho-la Pass, glacier, and ice lake with the rocky trail on the top. The Chola Pass would be quite challenging to cross in a heavy snowfall that requires crampons, and trekking poles with warm gears too. From the top descend carefully to Thanknak for an overnight stop at a small, isolated spot with few small lodges.

  • 12Trek from Thanknak (4700 M) To Gokyo Lake (4,700 M) Duration: 7 - 8 Hours.After a great crossing of the Chola Pass, we'll head to the magnificent Gokyo Lake while crossing the massive Ngozumpa glacier. The trail is easy to go to Gokyo by walking beneath the Ngozumba glacier, slowly heading to the first and second lakes of Gokyo, and then reaching a third lake, also called Dudh Pokhari, near the bank where the summer settlement of Gokyo is located. After lunch, if the weather gets clear, hike to Gokyo Ri and discover the world's numerous peaks and Gokyo lakes too.

  • 13Acclimatization Rest Day at Gokyo Lake (4,700 M) And Hike to Gokyo Ri (5,357 M) Duration: 3 - 4 Hours.We climb Gokyo Ri today and enjoy views of the incredible mountain vista. We can also tour the fourth Gokyo Lake today, which is only 3 km north of the Gokyo Village. Next, continue trekking to the 5th lake. The view from ‘Scoundrel’s Viewpoint’, located at the edge of the 5th lake, is astonishing. Cho-Oyu, Gyachung Kang, Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Makulu mountains and the huge Ngozumba Glacier are ours to admire. We trek back to Gokyo and spend the night.

  • 14Trek from Gokyo Lake (4,700 M) to Lungden (4380 M) via Renjo La Pass (5,360 M) Duration: 7 - 8 Hours.The Renjo La Pass is the last high pass of our journey, and it's quite easy than Chola and Kongma La. In the early morning, the trail takes you uphill to Renjo La Pass. It takes a maximum of 4 hours to reach the top of the Renjo La, and this pass also requires crompons and trekking poles. From Renjo-la, we can see the beautiful Gokyo Lakes, facing views of Everest, Lhotse, Cholatse, Cho Oyu, Makalu, and Taboche. After Renjo La Top, the trail descends to the Lungden village through remarkable scenarios of Thame Valley with a delightful sherp culture.

  • 15Trek from Lungden (4380 M) To Thame (3,800 M) Duration: 5 - 6 Hours.After completing all three great high passes of Khumbu within Everest, a morning walk downhill to Marlung village. The trail continues to the sleepy and quiet village at Thame located west of Namche Bazaar, at Thame with time to visit its old monastery believed to be more than 500 years old.

The trails lead past a nice Thamo village with a small hydroelectric station above the Bhote Kosi River, which supplies electric power to Khumbu villages. As well as from Thamo a few hours of good walking, reaching Namche for the last overnight stop before Lukla.

Today you must walk 17 km from Namche to reach Lukla, and it takes 7 - 8 hours. We will be coming back to Lukla through the Hillary Suspension Bridge, Sagarmatha National Park, and Dudhkoshi River. We will have lunch on the way to Phakding or somewhere in a suitable place. At the last overnight stop within the Everest region, after lunch, free and celebrate with our fellow members, staff, and guides.

Areas at high altitudes heavily rely on solar power; thus, you will find electricity at some lodges, but you will be charged by the hour for each item you charge. At low levels, electricity will be available and will not be a problem.
